Despite falling short of a podium finish, the Corvette Z06 GT3.R exhibited promise during the race. The Corvette Racing by Pratt Miller Motorsports No. 3 and No. 4 cars led a combined 118 laps in the GTD Pro class out of the 773-lap race. Unfortunately, both Pratt Miller Corvettes encountered mechanical issues, with the No. 3 car suffering a cracked oil tank and the No. 4 car needing a replacement power steering pump.
The No. 3 Corvette Racing by Pratt Miller Motorsports Z06 GT3.R spent 10 minutes in the garage, where mechanics worked diligently in the engine bay. Upon returning to the track, the car was eight laps behind the GTD PRO leader. Unfortunately, just before the 19th hour, its race came to an end. Similarly, the No. 4 Corvette also had to visit the garage and undergo a power steering pump replacement within the final six hours, concluding its day on the track.
MS Solutions is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Worcester, MA that provides direct assistance to those diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. The organization just wrapped up its 2023 campaign by giving away a 2023 Corvette Stingray Coupe, and now they are offering a 2024 Corvette Z06! This Arctic White Z06 Coupe will feature a 2LZ interior outfitted with Adrenaline Red/Black two-tone Competition seats. The Z06 rides on Gloss Black Spider forged aluminum wheels with Bright Red Brake Calipers and Black Exhaust Tips. Your donation enters you to win this Corvette, but more importantly, those funds are used directly to support those diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.

John W’s 2014 C7
After hunting for a dealer with allocations for convertibles, we ended up ordering this 2014 Corvette Convertible from a local dealer in central PA. It took GM 3-months to accept our order. We took delivery at the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, in late July, and drove it home.
This is Corvette #7 for me. It all started in 1977 when I bought my first Corvette. It was a competition Orange T-top 4-speed L82 coupe. That started it. Since then, I’ve owned a ’78, a ’93 40th Anniversary edition, an ’01 coupe, a ‘2010 coupe, a 2012 Grand Sport and this C7. The color is Lime Rock Green. We saw this new color at GM tent at Corvettes at Carlisle in 2013. My better half took one look at the beautiful metallic green paint and told me to get one.
I’m a member of the National Corvette Museum and we enjoy the Museum In Motion events they sponsor. This car has been across the country to Long Beach, California and has been part of the National Park tour with the museum. We’ve made numerous friends on our trips and look forward to more in the future.
I can honestly say, this Corvette is the most refined Corvette I’ve owned, the most comfortable to drive, fantastic gas mileage and still gets looks when we take it out for a drive. I’ve owned two Porsche’s between Corvettes and came back to Corvette to stay..
